1000 Chelsea Boots – falling apart

I bought these July 2018. In August the heel came off. The place I bought them from (Gravity Pope) fixed them at no charge and nailed the heel back in. Now, I just realized the sole on one of the boots is split in half. I've worn these less than 100 times - quality is very subpar considering the price of the boot.
