100 YEARS OF DISNEY ON ICE TICKETS NOT DELIVERED

I ordered 3 tickets from this *** operation. These were ordered on 1/9/2012--event scheduled for Saturday, 11:00 a.m., 1/14/2012. I was told that these tix would arrive at my home prior to Wednesday, 1/11/2012. When tix did NOT arrive, I called Fed Ex to see if tix had left Washington State. I also checked with UPS. When tix did NOT arrive by THURSDAY, I called DISCOVER CARD to initiate a dispute. I made a few phone calls (answering machine) and e-mails which were NOT responded to, SUBJECT: WHERE ARE MY TICKETS??????? No response from these unethical creeps. I was able to secure better tickets at a reduced price (not what I was looking for), and we did attend the event this morning. Can you believe it?????????????? This lousy company bothered to contact me today, explaining that order for my tickets was being canceled, since they did not have these tickets. I am told that I will receive a full refund within a week of this message. We'll see!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1 I wish this crummy company all bad luck--may they be drummed out of business. I do intend to contact my Attorney General, citing all documentation, since ALL has been saved.
