100% terrible service

I have been trying for YEARS to cancel my dropbox account. I cannot get a password reset, although I have tried every portal a million times, and keep getting sent back to LOGIN which I can't do without a password. Their customer service is nonexistent, and the phone number is "temporarily unavailable." Do not use Dropbox.A User's recommendation: don't buy Dropbox.
