I have been waiting for a Merchandise gift card refund from 2 Orders that were cancelled for being out of stock and then not able to verify address...I just want my refund sent to me without all the runaround I am getting about sending it. I have tried numerous times to get Coach to send it to me and nothing happens. Order # P189****, is for $61.73 Order# 9399****, is for $90.00 User's recommendation: Always keep notes!!
