Been a customer of this store since 1996 when it was Mailbox etc. Never have I had such rude and difficult encounters with just getting my mail. The BIG problem is WE the customer are keeping these people in business. The owner is approachable and reasonable. However, the store manager (Chuba) is a complete [censored]. Family or not she should strongly consider removing this virus from her business before it spreads. I hate it when he is there. PLEASE LEAVE. Unnecessary frustration. Besides one other employee that can be hit or miss with good service, the staff is kind, welcoming and helpful.
