Poor service, technically completely incompetent
I submitted the Samsung IconX 2018 headset for repair for the third time. Three times already, the third headset drops a sieve, which for the second time remained inside my ear. For the second time, there is also a problem with the right headset, which sounds only about 10% compared to the left headset. The service tells me that I have digged something myself and damaged the sieve. Complete nonsense, as the technician would have seen it and he of course knows everything and I am a fool who does not understand anything. I asked for a refund for a low-quality item, but only reservations that I myself misused the headphones. The question is, how should I use them so that they cannot be put in my ears?! Complete debut and disgusting service attitude. It turns out again that we live in a third country in the world, where we can only sell, but if there are problems, then no one solves them and the buyer is always a fool. Disgusting office that I never recommend anyone use.
