product with missing detail

I would like to share my experience... 29.01.2019 I bought an ironing board in 1a.info store. When I took the product home and unpacked it, I found that one part was missing. I called the store the next day and informed that the product was missing one part. The operator told me that I would take a picture of the product and send them pictures. That's what I did! 30.01.2019 I sent them pictures. I received an answer that this missing part will be ordered from the supplier and by contacting me soon. Today is 09.07.2019 and the part is still missing! Is this normal? It's been 5 months. through which no one has voluntarily contacted me from 1a.info online store. I had to call and write all the time.. to which I receive both oral and written answers: On 31.01.2019 Thank you, I sent the information to the suppliers.On 2019.02.02. Suppliers order this storage basket when we are with us in the office we will contact you.On 2019.06.18 We apologize for the long solution to the situation. We have resent the request to our suppliers. We are waiting for a response, as soon as we receive it we will contact you. If the store cannot provide this part if 5 months, then why has no one in the meantime offered me to exchange the product for another one that is not missing this part? Not to mention the return of money. It has been 2 weeks since the last answer. I understand that this is probably a store tactic. Take care and don't solve the problem! I'm disappointed.
