4 stroke fresh water flush diagram

Is the mounting bracket for the fresh water flush hose just a mount?. Or does water flow through the mount.

Yamaha HPDI 250 blown power heads

Yamaha marine suck. I purchased twin HPDI 250 and blew a power head after 30 hours. Yamaha realized the oil pump was the problem and replaced.
