We recieved a defective apache helicopter. worked with Xheli customer service to get it going. Recieved replacement battery and replacement controller. Nothing worked. Returned everything to them in Nov 2008. Got confirmation of return receipt. Phoned and emailed Xheli several times. Each time they claim the refund will show up within 10 business days. Fraud and poor service

People, no one, I don't recommend anyone to be a Telstra customer! Little about the fact that Telstra cheats with phones by selling used ones for the value of a new phone, the customer service is awful! When submitting an application to the Telstra company once, the water is poured in the reply letters, there are never any documents to prove the facts. I bought a phone, which turned out to be defective, replaced Telstra with a "new" one. It would also be recommended for Telstra employees to take customer service courses! Raitis Gerkans does not understand his work with clients, such careless attitude towards clients is not allowed!
