Wait 2 hours or more for help

A person comes for help because there is a lack of tonsils, bleeding, pus. Help is waiting for 2 h. When you ask how many more hours to wait, it sounds a kind answer - I don't know. Nobody cares that the last bus leaves immediately. There is no dispute - wait and wait, if necessary, if nothing serious - go away.
