Cheating customers with fictitious promotions
Please watch out for this Wellness Oasis. Promotions are posted regularly, which, at the time you want to use, only work for another subscription with different conditions. In May, a poster was posted in the SPA center that SUBSCRIBERS IN THE SOLARIUM 5X for 6min FREE. When my husband and I arrive especially from Melbourne, because we really wanted to relax a bit, we are told that it only works for Ariana subscribers. I asked the skillful aqua bar salesman to show me the offer and read it in advance. She reads in front of my eyes - SUBSCRIPTIONS IN THE SOLARIUM 5X for 6min FREE - but shamelessly insists that it is only for May subscriptions. I ask where the word is written - MAY. Well it's there written to wear because it's a mistake. Such an offer stands there for 4 WEEKS. I think it was a cheap trick, because it seems that this SPA center lacks customers after inadequate price increases, but so cheating people who are regular customers is shameless.
