Need to check account

I tried calling the automated customer service number and it got me nowhere. User’s recommendation: Go to the ATM from now on.
Too many to waste more of my time typing. I have diverted most of my income to another bank after no satisfaction. I expect this bank to become strictGo elsewhereGo elsewhere!ly virtual. Go elsewhere!
Woodforest decides randomly to completely shut down my debit card with ZERO warning. THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE TO CALL UNLESS MON THRU SAT 9-5. I CANT ACCESS MY MONEY! NO HELP!! DONT YOU EVEN DARE RESPONDING WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE PHONE NUMBER. IT ISNT OPEN!! TERRIBLE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE User’s recommendation: NO NO NO.
