Every time it rains or snows we get bad static or no dial tone. Usually we let it go, knowing it will come back when it dries up. I have call it in and I called it in again todayextremely annoying that this happensyou need to fix this problem!

Tech hasnt arrived

For the second time … They had me waiting… Just to tell me they couldn’t install my services. If they couldn’t install internet thats fine but they couldn’t put my cable or my land line???? That’s some bologna….!!!!!!!! User’s recommendation: Think twice….
My family and I use Windstream because it is the only thing available. This being said I would rather have no internet… internet always comes and goes.
