Spoofing

We ordered a new computer for hire in the Optus e store. We received the computer, first of all, did not ask for any identity documents, the second apologized when the box was slightly damaged due to couriers. When you get home, turning on your computer turns out to be when you're used to it. In front of you is a stranger's name, surname and password. Bringing back to the agile saleswoman Inga Upeniece replied unkindly when she could not explain anything and to come when there would be a boss at work. Thank you Optus;) and even more so to the seller Inga. I'll add a picture of my new computer screen when I turn it on
