My sandals broke!!

I love my black knot slip on sandals. !! The piece that goes between my toes has broken on the Left sandal! I cannot wear them at all now! So sad and very upset because I paid way more than I wanted to or have EVER paid for a pair of flip-flop style sandals.!!! Very poor quality!

I ordered online on Vionic.com and paid using Quadpay. I have attempted now 7 times over two day to contact Vionic but they keep hanging up on me while I am on hold when the hold time reaches 16minutes.
