Does not fulfill the promise
When ordering the goods from 110.shop, when confirming the purchase, it was written that the goods will be delivered within 2 working days. Already on the 1st working day, 3 of the ordered 4 products arrived. On the evening of the 2nd working day, when the last product had not arrived, by contacting the customer service center, it was said that the product was "stuck" and will be delivered tomorrow or tomorrow. When asked whether customers should not be notified that the promise to "deliver the product within 2 working days" would not be fulfilled, the answer was received that they did not have such a service (but maybe it should be introduced then). On the evening of the promised "tomorrow" day, a message was received that the product has been delivered to the courier, so at best, the product will be delivered only the next day. Sorry, that we were the 1% to whom the product is not delivered on time.
