This company is scam

The order took a lot of time to arrive. The insoles were plastic cheap garbage, that you could get over the counter. The company was not helpful in resolving any issues with my order, you’d have to fight to get through to receive an answer to your inquiry. Still haven’t gotten my refund, and they claim 120... Not what is advertised

I got the Foot impression did that and sent it back. After 4 weeks I had to contact Upstep about my order. It took them a few days to find my order. Once I received them I put them on the floor put my feet in them. Only to discover they were too narrow for my feet.... Read more➤
