Upscale properties is terrible

the staff is terrible and treat you like crap once you sign the lease. The maintenance is lower than sub-par and they give you a run around on what will be fixed and when. Lowest of the low

Little to no screening before move in. Squatters took over heroin addicts apartment after she was arrested at property. Endless parade of derelict trash tenants who are eventually evicted or disappear. No maintenance unless you hound them for months. Run from this slumlord.
