Complaints & Reviews — United Dairy Farmers

The store located at siebenthaler and n Dixie in Dayton Ohio. I went in around 12:30 Sunday to get a choc. Peanut butter shake just to get turned away. This makes no sense its not even in the case which they are defrosting . I should be compensated for my time and fuel !
I stood in line no one was ahead of me for at least 2 minutes. There was two young ladies at the front desk both were on their cellphones. One young lady may have been asking a co-worker to come in over the phone, but she never acknowledged me. The other young lady saw me standing there and... Read more➤

I don’t understand how there’s sometimes 3 to 4 people in that store and they don’t open on time and it’s 1 in all the others but they open on time. And it’s practically everyday

Poor service

Service seemed wary already on the verge of indecency. It was more than clear that the service staff served me and my friend with reluctant coercion - unwillingness to communicate. When I asked questions about the offer, the girl didn't even know what it was about the food and what was inside. I asked not to put fresh onions because I am allergic, but when I received my portion, I concluded that there are fresh onions. Which leads to the conclusion that the girl who accepted the order either did not pay attention or did not consider it necessary to say not to add fresh onions. Another rather strange and troublesome nuance was that there was obviously no thought of such a detail as the distance between the seat and the table surface that made me and my friend feel as if we were seven-year-olds sitting in adult seats. Although the table was pleasant and the seating was comfortable, it is still difficult to eat when the table surface is almost at armpit height. And I could not say that we are uncharacteristically short. My length is 1. 67m and my friend's is 1. 79m, so judge for yourself how would people who are shorter feel? The cola was served warm and "dry", and the food was so hot that my friend burned his hand, touching the plate of his portion, about which the waitress should have warned in advance. Also, the facilities for visitors are not really thought out not only visually, but also in practical and especially hygienic terms. Next to the toilet there is a sign on the wall with the inscription "please do not throw hygiene items and papers in the toilet". Dispose of used paper in an opposite waste container with a lid, which must be pushed down by hand when it is opened. But when it comes to toilet waste, opening such direct contact by hand is highly unhygienic, especially in a catering establishment. The water tap can also be opened and closed by hand. So it comes together - for the visitor first, all that is left is to touch the lid of the urn with your hand, where just before other visitors to this toilet have touched it, then in exactly the same manual way to wash the water tap, to wash your hands, and then with clean hands on the same water tap handle to close it.
