A mother with young children is an undesirable burden on a young, beautiful, but unfortunate neither kind nor smiling attendant in this company. It all started with the fact that when I raised the high chair, it fell apart. Calling the waiters for help, I got a wonderful answer that she has a different high chair at home, she can't help to put this together, and in general it is extremely heavy, which she can't lift. What to do - somehow I assembled the chair myself, pushed it to the table. When the 1st food was brought, I asked for additional dishes for the children, which was given to me and I already felt that I had made this young lady too much . In the 2nd, the child took a slice of pizza and found that it was not plate on which to place it. I went to the waitress again, who at the time accepted the order at the counter. I waited for the first person to pay and asked for more plates of pizza. I received a sharp reply that I will have to wait. When I asked. how long - until all orders are accepted. Wonderful - meanwhile our pizza cools down. When I asked to speak to the manager, I received total disregard. Of course, it all ended with the children eating pizza the same way, of course the whole tablecloth and the table were dirty. No joy and no appetite. And another surprise about people who work in the service industry and don't know that the slightest smile and at least interest in being helped solves all situations.
