Charges on my account after cancelling

Charges from the 14th are pending cause account was cancelled. Money was to be returned to account. Then today the 16th a charge of $4.99 was again charged to cancelled account. If this is not resolved by 5/18 will be contacting lawyer and the BBB. User’s recommendation: Contacting ur attorney and BBB.
