Dead bolt just springs back open!!!!

Can’t manually lock the house, the dead bolt just springs back to the open position!!!!!!! Help how do you fix this?????

Lock will work only if key is in cylinder

we have installed this lock and it works fine if the key is in the cylinder, but will only partially try to extend the bolt without the key inserted

DO NOT BUY THIS LOCK!!

We purchased and installed a keyless Tru Bolt lock about a month ago.
