Donated a laptop to Acer for Christmas. Problems start on the first day, because the computer shuts down on its own, we take it back, accept it after 28 days of communication, when it is repaired. We leave, run for about a week. Then broke again! Leaving, they say they will look and call. My wife's nerves asked! We threaten to call without taboos to advertise. Immediately brought a new one.
