Opting out of Optus's basic services

I tried to find out what really bothers me and why I don't have one, the employee told me that in order to receive such a service, you have to be a loyal customer, pay, and so on. I am not like that, although all the bills have always been paid on time and I have really relied on Optus for several years. Well, assuming everything is bad, we decided to take the device in her husband's name,although he is not a customer. TOTAL KISSING FOR CUSTOMERS. In addition, some discount for them has expired without me notifying me, and now my bills for ordinary television and the Internet will be 50 EUR, previously it was 20 AUD. And, now even if you turn off the services, I will have to pay for September, because it just has them written in the contract. However, when reading the contract, I did not find any point about the number of days I have to wait to disconnect the services, nor is there any mention that the amount of the fee for the services provided can be changed without notifying me. FLOCK OF CRETONS AND NON - HUMANS. Purely mocking us who pays their salaries. I certainly do not recommend concluding a contract with anyone anymore, because concluding a contract will be quick, painless and really easy. However, if you change your life so that you have to give up or change your service, you will wait for several months, you will have headaches and other unnecessary problems that you can still avoid. Optus IS THE WORST SERVICE PROVIDER I HAVE ENCOUNTERED WITH IN OUR LIFE!
