Horrible! Maintenance doesn’t fix anything!

I called them on 10/23 regarding black mold and a leak around the shower. On 10/26 maintenance came by and said extensive damage would be an insurance claim. 10/30 still haven’t heard back so I went to office and again was told wasn’t sure when it would be fixed.
