Service Dept going downhill fast

Rav 4 goes in for checkup, service tech reports that the air filters need changing. Figured I’d save a few bucks and put in new ones myself. Check engine light goes on shortly thereafter. Toyota of Wallingford, used defective parts, failed to diagnose and fix problem, put family at risk!

I will begin by saying we have been long-time Toyota customers. My family together has purchased 6 vehicles from Toyota of Wallingford. I expect and demand better service than I have received.
