To stop others from being mistreated by TE Ford

Bought a car, paid 18k with extended warranty. Car has electrical issues. Took car in. TE Ford took it to Richardson Crysler-Jeep to evaluate. Nobody calls to inform of any progress. Week goes by. 2019 Fiesta
