Three weeks without ac at our home form 7/25 to 8/16/19.

Total Air Care was assigned a repair for our ac in 3/19 by AHS Inc.The technician was authorized to install an interim fix which included the wrong air handler and an electronic swap card to trick the air handler to think it was an OEM part. Technicians are not trained well, same one came 5 times and didnt fix the problem.Had a new tech come last week so we’ll see how long it works this time.

Company never submitted problem to American Home Shield

A week without AC in Florida 90 Plus Degrees Total Air Care never submitted results to American Home Shield so parts could be ordered. Total Air Care CS Never answers the phone. You are at the mercy of the wolves until it happens to them. Shame. Warranty company could not even contact them.
