Did not receive my product, amateur offering, and non-existent customer service

I ordered a cv writing service for $349gbp from this company after a very convincing sales pitch – https://www.topcv.com/ I received a first draft few days later and found the service was entirely unsatisfactory and nothing like their sales, it was worse than the CV I sent them.
