Do not hire Timothy Grimes Improvement Services

I hired Tim Grimes to clean the gutters on my residence. When hiring him I expressly instructed Grimes that the downspouts be cleaned and open. After the first rainstorm the supposedly cleaned downspouts remained clogged and water overflowed from the gutters as before.
