Impossible contact by email. The system does not recognize my Customer Number.

In 2017 I had a customer number which has been changed by Time after 2018 /2019. Trying to enter in my account , or sending a email to time was impossible even entering through different sites., from which I never received a reply.. Magazine renewal

I needed to renew and accidently got a customer service rep that was helpful and got a renewal that was half of last years…go figure User’s recommendation: just hope you get get lucky when you calll overseas.
