Very bad service!

Arranged for a pickup 20/08/19 only received my parcel on the 23/08/19 after going in to the depot every day to see if my parcel arrived. No phonecall to explain delay or excuse. This has happened numerious times. Definetly the last time I will make use of them

Very late delivery and bad customer service

I requested a parcel to be picked up in Lanseria and delivered to Claremont Cape Town on 14th February 2019 waybill number 4590281. Parcel was only collected on 18th February and arrived at Cape Town Depot on 20th February. Apparently was scheduled to be delivered to us on Friday 22nd February, but it never arrived. I called... This is really terrible…. want goods to be collected at George and delivered to Drummond…. was told you could pick up goods and deliver, but now you need the dimensions and weight…. im a pensioner where will i be able to get dimensions and weight at homedo and do not have transpires to take it to one...
