Horrible service – did not clean.

Literally trash on the floor – horrible service. And then I couldn’t get in touch with a human. Total scam. User’s recommendation: Do NOT use this service.

Scam, want my money back

ordered cleaning service , they have confirmed coming 30 minutes prior to the schedule time and then never showed up but still charged me 135 $ User’s recommendation: Dont use this awful platform.

Nothing happened, 30 minutes to arrival time the cleaner confirmed in text message he is coming, then after one hour (30 minutes late already) i got a text he is not coming because he cant User’s recommendation: dont use this service.

No way to talk to anyone on the phone to resolve an issue

Website and “tidy concierge email service” provide very limited access to resolve problems. Company has a policy of charging credit cards in advance for services and will not reverse over charges or charges in error. I keep getting the same email loop. quite frustrating.
