The waitress gave unasked for refills without telling there would be a charge

I went to the Root Cellar at Lake Gogebic, the meal was ok, but then the waitress gave both of my kids refills on their fountain drinks and never asked just filled them up and then there was a second full price charge for the additional sodas of almost 3. dollars on the bill.
