Rude attitude

I already wrote the refusal on the 4th of the month (and from the first day of the same month I have already connected the cycle operatorn, because there was a constant loss of the Internet and the quality left me wanting the best) but these *** permits to request the full amount for a month (nfor which I refused on the 4th date the sooner vnk was not possible because there was not even a minute of extra time)! And even before that, I had problems with the Internet since the end of December, in January I called a master who vnk replaced the router. It helped for a couple of days! Then I called again and said that there was no internet again, they were doing it remotely (about 2 times). Then in the end I psyched, called and said that I wanted to give up altogether because I was tired of paying for a service that I could not use at all for several weeks,because in the last two weeks before writing the refusal I lost the internet completely but vnk didn't even have time to call them (a internet I really need for work and because I didn't have the opportunity to use paid Aumobile internet for mobile I got a bill that doesn't seem like much!) and tgd I called to find out who and how and kpc I get an invoice for a full month telling me that I see 10 working days they kko review... Kst shut down for only 28 days!
