Your automated system cuts the caller off before the information can be entered.

Your website is confusing, overly complicated for the consumer and you automated dial-in system cuts off the caller before information can be given. I have successfully suspended delivery of four national publications in less than five minutes altogether. I’ve been trying to suspend your low-quality daily for 20 minutes without success. User’s recommendation: Don’t buy the Dispatch.

Shady billing practices and poor customer service

The Dispatch keeps billing me an extra $130 per year for “Premium subscriptions” and I have tried to resolve this with them over three years.
