Food was overcooked

I ordered through Ubereats. My Steak was over cooked. I asked for medium rare, got well done. My broccoli was undercooked.

Rewards credit

I paid $44 for lunch and was given the runaround about getting my reward points for it. The manager said he would take care of it and it was never applied to my account. Stuff like this will keep me from returning. User’s recommendation: Terrible customer service.
Lack of management waitstaff not wearing masks and gloves, table not being sanitized at all

Poor service

My children (14 years old) had gone to the movies but couldn't go beyond the box office. The cinema website states that the film is NOT RECOMMENDED to those under the age of 16, but the cashiers refused to sell tickets and ordered documents to be presented, although the children had previously said that they were only 14 years old. It should be noted that the same cashier had sold tickets to the film a couple of weeks ago, which was also 16+ without any objections. When one of the cashiers tried to explain that the words "not recommended" only applied to the parents, the children said they had parental permission and could prove it, but the cashier refused to hear them. Well, what to say? The management of the cinema must consider whether what is written on the website corresponds to the real situation!
