Their business idea is NOT to transport passengers, but to charge in advance, then “changing” their timetables and “cancel” buses, without any notices and then stranding their costumers. Changing tracking numbers
I regularly send various items from China or a Australian online store. The sachets have a tracking number. They are seen at the Melbourne sorting point, but in Launceston post offices they disappear... because the tracking number is changed and an SMS is sent. I don't see where my shipment is, I don't know if their new number is specific to that packet or if someone else has come. Shipments are lost... Why can't I enter the same tracking number with which the packet comes from the sender? Why does it need to be changed and why do I no longer see a registered item on the website? A website with tracking features becomes meaningless if you change numbers arbitrarily.
