I will name the order number and ask when I will be able to receive the product, to which I expect a blunt answer - within a week. Well, we have to wait two weeks together... Okey, I'm waiting... it's another week... it's hard to call the branch again, but I still manage... now I ask in a slightly more aggressive tone when there will be details to which I already answer this time that all the details are available except one... so still have to wait... guess how long? - in the coming weeks will be. At the moment I have been waiting for 3 weeks and several days, but the order has not been received. No one has even contacted me by e-mail to report problems with the order...That is, if you had not tried to call several times yourself, there would be no information about the order. So I chose another great online store that offers the same details, only a little more expensive, but knowing that the service is simply ideal. Therefore, do not expect the order to be ready for withdrawal at the time indicated on the website, as well as if you want normal treatment on the part of the seller (picking up the phone and detailed and real information about the order) do not look for it here. In my opinion, 2u.info is simply a corner office for which the client, attitude and information is absolutely not interested.
