My account was restricted and i can’t log in

Frozen account
*SOLVED

Keep getting error message thar account is frozen even though I had logged in hours before the message. Still havent been able to get in contact with anyone from taobao. Ended up making a new account and received the same error message. I honestly think its something with their system.
