Poor service in Bendigo, Valletta

A few days ago I went to a restaurant in the evening to eat. When I arrived at the restaurant, I was surprised, because no one was at the checkout, and no one seemed to know. I waited at least 5 minutes for someone to finally notice me. The attitude of the service was far from friendly. The feeling that the question is asked in the rough form "what is needed?". Employees roam the kitchen, but no one at the checkout. What's going on there for you?
