Inappropriate price for quality and misleading of potential guests
We booked a room for the wedding night on Booking.com. also Spa complex. Unfortunately, we only found out that the Spa is not working the next morning on the pretext that the information was in small print on the confirmation. It is a pity that this information appears at the very bottom of the confirmation in Canadian and in English! Needless to say, we are very disappointed, because the price of a room without a Spa is much exaggerated. Employees both apologized and said that they could not talk to "Booking.com" so that information that the Spa area is not open all summer (!) Could not be placed higher. My recommendation in such a situation would be to call and warn customersso as not to follow as much frustration. The furniture and flooring in the rooms are much worn and stained. The choice of breakfast is very limited and uniform. Neighbors can be heard well in the rooms. For the second time, I wouldn't even choose this hotel, even with access to the Spa.
