Extortionists / Scammers

Unjustified penalties. Every week I go shopping several times, and when I forget to put it in the window, a fine of 30 USD is imposed. About what? This is the most useful scheme for scam money from people! A bunch of villains, cЕ «***! And the worst part is that nothing is done to fix this. I did not exceed the parking time. It would be their responsibility to check if I have entered on time or not. If not indicated when I arrived, then stand and wait for them for 2 hours at the car to make sure I don't get in time! Just squeeze money out of people!
