Failure to deliver on a published ad

This is NOT a reputable company! They in intice you to buy their products with promises of gifts and then they come up with some lame unwriten reason to not deliver on their published advertisement. After numerous requests to speak with a manager, I was never given that opportunity. SHAMEFUL!!!!!!!! User’s recommendation: BEWARE!!!!!!!

Worst service I have ever recieved

Ordered a replacement part for my awning. I have now received the wrong part twice. Cannot get the part I need even though I played for it. It is now 5:30. I am still on hold getting the run around since 10 am User’s recommendation: Use a different company.

After install You will Never see them Again!
