Never received my magazine and never received a refund. and, they dont answer the phone when you call to inquire

Refund was issued. I didnt mean to post this on this website. I had no problem with SubscriptionAddiction.

These people are ridiculous!

I purchased a magazine subscription to use as a Christmas gift in late December. I paid for it with my American Express. The recipient has not received any magazines as of February 7.
