Can’t get my MySubaru login to work

I am at Flemington Subaru right now getting them to work on my speaker now. When I complained they disconnected it. Complaint with auto

I had to have the air conditioning compressor replaced for my 2017 WRX and noticed that there are many complaints about this issue across quite a few Subaru models.
