Oakland traffic washer ticket business and racket!

When driving on the 5th tram, the controller announces oja that my tram ticket is LOW! and ordered to pay a penalty! Needless to say, I hadn't done it and I would never have thought of anything like that. Even if it was (the ticket really looked like a plan), it was clearly the fault of Glendale TRAFFIC itself! The ticket was bought the day before at the driver of the 5th trolleybus... So I was not at fault, I was not going to pay the penalty, and after 20 minutes of tyranny, from the intrusive controls. released. Conclusions - Oakland is developing either RACKET (if the ticket was normal) or the ticket washing business (if the ticket was washed), or most likely both!
