Outrageous charges, money taken

My grandson was in accident and Luongo’s towed his car. They charged an exorbitant fee, $477 for the short tow and 12 hours storage. Money was missing from his vehicle and Luongo’s blamed it on the police. How can Aston township continue a contract with a company that is defaming their officers and accusing them of theft?...
