Pen blanks ordered, not received. Gave my visa number. I have sent numerous emails but they are all unanswered. As of the moment, my visa account has not been charged but am keeping my fingers crossed after reading all the ‘money-taken-no-product-delivered’ reports.
Order placed 13 September 2017, value US$32.25. Order “updated” 15 September 2017, “awaiting shipment”. No further order status update. I decided to buy a cell phone on installment. There are many gorgeous offers in the e-store, some of them have been marked as receiving a power bank as a gift. Hoping for a sunny future with the latest generation Huawei phone and lifebuoy (if anything) powerbank, I filled in the data and ordered the phone. I received the phone on 27. 08. 2020, but the "gift" was forgotten in the shipment. Since there is no fault with the communication with the store both by e-mail and by phone, the issue was quickly resolved and the mobile charging system was already in my hands the next day. But! Oh my or, my new brilliant and otherwise wonderful smartphone socket does not hurt with the "shaker" of the power bank offered as a "gift". So the question is?! Kakogo h... People are offered an invalid power bank for their smartphone model?
