Downloaded product and ceased functioning halfway thru the scenarios and steam refuses to issue refund. Deleting steam from my computer and will never use them again.

AuAir at the airport is such a big, beautiful advertisement that there is a transfer to Darwin, New Zealand and Estonia, but nothing like that. There was a wish to get to Darwin from the airport in January, but nothing, there is no such service. Then the question is why this beautiful ad?
